Adri & Zoon now also offers sole! Sole owes its name to its rounded oval shape. In addition to this striking shape, the sole can be identified by its rough skin. Its refined taste and the texture of the flesh makes it a popular type of fish. The flavour is sublime, refined and truly caresses the tongue. Sole is delicious when fried, grilled or steamed.
The sole is at its best from August to December. All grades are available ranging from very small to large and in various quantities. If required, we can also remove the skin and fillet the fish for you.
